Shipping

We provide free shipping worldwide. The package will be sent within 1-4 business days after placing the order.

Delivery time worldwide from 10-20 business days.
Delivery time in Europe from 2-5 business days.

NB! Please note that during the winter holidays, shipping might take more time. Post offices are usually overloaded and work slowly.

Due to the unstable situation in the world, we cannot predict how fast the packages will be delivered in some countries.

If some problems will occur we are always ready to help you. Feel free to contact us.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email upon the shipment of your parcel. This number may be used to track your item at any time. Please note that it may take some time (sometimes up until 48 hrs) before your tracking link starts showing the movement of your parcel.

Paying Methods

Right now we accept only PayPal payments. If you have trouble paying via PayPal you can contact us.

We do not have access to your bank card details. Payment takes place in a secure environment outside the online store.

Canceling and refunds

Canceling an order

If you do contact us with a cancellation, we will do our best to intercept your order. Nevertheless, your order may be impossible to intercept. In some cases, your parcel may have been sent before you received notification of this.

Refunds

We will make a full refund if your package will get lost. A refund will be made after 60 days since the order was placed.

Returns

Customers can return products within 7 days after receiving it.

The product must retain its original appearance and consumer properties. It must be whole and undamaged, including any tags and/or packaging (where applicable). We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
We refund the whole sum, excluding shipping. Our shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund amount. Expenses for free shipping are currently defined as 20 EUR, regardless of order size.

You must bear the costs related to return shipping yourself (unless there was a mistake on our side).
